Master at the European College in "Law and economics of the European Union" (2000)

Member of the Parma Bar (2003)

Masters in "Tax Law" at the State University of Milan (2014)

Qualified to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (2016)



Michele has been collaborating with the firm as ‘Of Counsel’ since 2018.

He mainly deals with trusts, international contracts and private international law.

He is a National Advisor of the National Forensic Association and a lawyer authorized by the Ministry of Justice, Department of Juvenile Justice, for cases of International Child Abduction. He was also appointed advisor to the judicial processes held in the USA, UK, Switzerland and Jersey regarding trust offshore companies and tax inversion.

After completing his internship as a solicitor in a Cardiff (Wales) law firm, he was appointed contract professor of “Common law and legal English” for the University of Parma, professor of European Union law for the Ministry of Justice over to deputy inspectors of the DAP, as well as EFLIT (English for law and international transactions) where he taught international contracts. He is still a speaker in conferences throughout Italy, which are related to company law and that of internal and international trusts.

For his commitment to spreading the English legal culture, he was awarded the knighthood of St. George in Wales in 2006.
