He obtained his law degree magna cum laude from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in 2010, with a dissertation in commercial law about the participation of the State in public corporations.
Between 2012 and 2013 he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Global Business Law from the New York University – School of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the National University of Singapore.
Member of the Bologna Bar Association since 2014, Riccardo has gained extensive experience in the field of intellectual property and new technology law, especially on copyright, trademark, patent and design infringement litigation. He also provides assistance in private and corporate law, mainly in his own firm in Bologna.
He has been a lecturer for the “Master in diritto penale dell’impresa e dell’economia” (corporate criminal law) of the University of Bologna (2015) and for the “International Sales Strategies” program of the Bologna Business School (2017).
He is a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
