The department has a proven track record in all matters related to IP & Social Media Law. In particular, it deals with:

  • Services provided by managers of online and ecommerce markets

  • Computer forensic issues

Furthermore, as part of the assistance provided to clients operating in the audio-visual media sector, the firm has gained specific experience in the activities of combating piracy on the web. In this particular sector, the firm has contributed to the formation of numerous jurisprudential precedents concerning primarily cases of abusive dissemination of audio-visual material (television programsfootball content and films) on the Internet. The results obtained – also those of an economic nature – are of particular importance.

The firm provides a complete and integrated protection service including technical IT activities for monitoring the network and acquiring evidence.
