The Portal may offer  telematic links (The “Links”) to telematic portals or external resources. The user acknowledges and recognizes that the Studio Previti – Professional Association cannot in any way be held responsible for the operation of such portals or external resources.

Studio Previti – Associazione Professionale does not carry out any control over the content of the portals/resources that can be reached through links and therefore does not assume any responsibility for the content and/or material, including advertising material, disclosed on such portals or external resources or for the products or services offered therein.

Likewise, any hyperlinks or links based on any technology to the Portal cannot be created without the prior written consent of Studio Previti – Associazione Professionale.

The processing of the user’s personal data acquired during navigation on the Portal and/or use of the Service will be carried out in full compliance with the obligations provided for by EU Regulation 2016/679 “GDPR”, as well as Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101 of 10 August 2018 (“Privacy Code”).
