Dear Visitor (hereinafter referred to as "User"), we would like to inform you that the portal owned by “Studio Previti - Associazione Professionale”, (hereinafter, also the "Association" and/or the "Owner"), which can be reached at the address https://www.previti.it/, (hereinafter, also the "Portal"), makes use of cookies.
In this policy we explain you what cookies are and how they are used on the Portal. Through these cookies, the Association, in its capacity as Data Controller, collects and processes certain personal data about you. By means of this policy, drafted also pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 about the protection of personal data (hereinafter the "Regulation" or "GDPR"); of D. Lgs n. 196/2003 - as amended by D. Lgs. n. 101/2018 - (hereinafter the "Privacy Code"); as well as of the privacy legislation in force, we explain you how we collect these data, for what purposes and what are your rights.
WHAT COOKIES, WEB BEACON AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES ARE?
Cookies: are made up of small portions of code that the sites visited by the User send to the browser, where they are stored and then transmitted to the same sites during navigation or at the next visit by the same User. While browsing a site, the user may also receive cookies on his or her computer that are sent by different sites or web servers (so-called "third parties"), on which some elements (such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) present on the site that the User is visiting may reside. In this way, for example, cookies allow and/or facilitate access to certain Internet pages in order to improve the User's navigation (i.e. they allow the memorization of visited pages and other specific information, such as the most frequently consulted pages, connection errors, etc.), or they allow profiling activities. Therefore, for an easy and complete use of a website, it would be appropriate for the User to configure his or her browser in such a way that it accepts the reception of such cookies.
Web beacon: are code fragments that allow a website to transfer or collect information by requesting an electronic image. Electronic images, including banner ads, allow tracking of web pages visited or whether or not the page has been viewed by the User. Web beacons may be used for various purposes, such as analyzing the use of websites, monitoring and reporting on advertisements, and customizing advertisements and content.
Similar Technologies: are technologies that make it possible to carry out treatments similar to those possible through cookies. These tools store data in the browser - not on the User's device as is the case with cookies - using local storage systems, such as flash cookies, HTML 5 cookies and other web application software methods. These technologies work in all browsers. In some cases, the use of local storage cannot be fully managed by browsers, but requires specific tools by the Data Controller.
TYPE OF COOKIES
Cookies can be classified according to the following criterion:
TYPE OF COOKIES USED BY THE PORTAL
Pursuant to the GDPR and the Guidelines, the Data Controller guarantees that only so-called "technical" and "analytical" cookies are installed on the Portal by default, where the latter are legitimately comparable to the former. The Portal uses “Google Analytics” a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"), a third party company that allows the analysis of Users' interaction with the Portal (e.g. number of pages visited, number of clicks made). The Association has made use of the function of anonymization of the User's IP addresses - which occurs during the transmission of the data to Google's systems - in order not to make them identifiable. The implementation of this setting by Google Analytics allows the IP address to be anonymized by setting the value 0 in place of the final part of the IP.

For the installation – if any – of profiling cookies requires the optional, specific, free and informed consent of the User, which can be given for each category of cookie, through the cookie banner.
This is without prejudice to the User's right to modify the choices made at any time.
