Compliance, media and technology

The department is responsible for providing assistance and advice, in and out of court, in the areas of privacyIT, communication and corporate compliance.

In particular, the firm has investigated the issues and impact of the GDPR by providing broad and integrated advice to companies so that they can carry out their activities in compliance with the regulations in force. The department provides assistance to national and international companies with digitization projects and innovation, as well as in the application of emerging technologies, including in relationships with the competent administrative authorities. In addition, the department assists the customer in the planning, design and implementation of “cyber resilience”: using a corporate cybersecurity maturity assessment, offering to identify the gap between the current level and the target, and then setting out a plan aimed at the achievement of the fixed objectives. It also provides advice in the preparation and implementation of internal processes for corporate compliance, in relation to organizational models D.Lgs. 231/2001 and anti-money laundering.
