Legal Consultancy Service
Through the online consultancy service (the “Service”) users may submit questions or requests to the lawyers of Studio Previti – Professional Legal Practice using the electronic platform provided in this section.
The user may present requests for online assistance by sending one or more questions relating to the Practice’s principal areas of activity and within whose framework legal assistance can be provided.
The user may initially send, using the electronic platform provided in this section, a non-binding request for assistance to which the lawyer with expertise in the subject matter will reply, together with an estimate of the legal fees for the assistance requested. Only in the event of the user’s acceptance of the estimate, will the consultancy requested be provided.
The service is governed by the law in force and the specific Conditions of use for the Consultancy Service that the user states to have consulted and to accept. For additional clarifications an email may be sent to consulenza@previti.it.
