It does not, therefore, perform an advertising function, being exclusively aimed at offering information on the professional activities of the Practice in a fair and true manner pursuant to the provisions of the foregoing Code of Professional Conduct.

The information in textual or graphic form (the “Information”) contained in the Portal performs a purely informative function and may not be exploited in any manner by the user (including any type of reproduction, modification, duplication or copy), unless Studio Previti – Professional Legal Practice indicates otherwise and/or issues a written authorization to this effect.

Studio Previti – Professional Legal Practice does not monitor or control the portals/resources that can be reached via the links provided and therefore cannot accept any liability for the content and/or material, including advertising, disseminated by such portals or external resources or for the products or services offered thereon.

Moreover, no links or connections based upon any kind of technology to the Portal may be implemented without the prior written consent of Studio Previti – Professional Legal Practice.

The handling of a user’s personally identifiable data acquired in the course of navigation on the Portal and/or during the use of the Services fully complies with the requirements laid down by legislative decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (“Framework law on the protection of privacy”).
